These terms cover using NotNatch and this website. By signing in or adding the bot to a server, you agree to them and to the privacy policy. NotNatch is run by Natchland Studios in the United Kingdom, contact studio@natchland.com.

Using the bot

• Follow Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Don't use the bot to harass people, spam, or break the law.
• Server staff are responsible for how they set up and use the bot in their server, including moderation actions it takes for them.
• We can stop the bot working in a server, or for an account, that's being used to break these terms.

Premium

• Premium is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. One subscription covers up to three of your servers, and you can move it to a different server once a week.
• It renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal, Premium stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.
• You can cancel within 14 days of buying for a full refund, wherever you are. After that, payments for a period that's started aren't refunded, except where the law says otherwise.
• If we change what Premium includes or its price, we'll say so before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

The service

• We work to keep the bot running, but it can go down, and features can change. We'll give notice before removing something Premium includes.
• The bot is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses caused by it being unavailable, by a setting a server chose, or by Discord itself. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under UK law.

Changes

If these terms change, you'll be asked to accept the new version the next time you sign in. Using the bot after a change means you accept it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
